This patient had undergone a breast lift with saline implants many years ago. She wanted her breasts to be more full and lifted.
Dr. Rao removed her old under-the-muscle saline implants and placed new smooth round silicone implants on top of her muscle. He then performed another breast lift (mastopexy). He finished her Mommy Makeover by performing an abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks.
